For years, (twenty to be exact) I have been sending my clients to mostly one place to order their birth kits. Every year, they continued to go up in price and shipping a great deal, to the point that they nearly tripled over this time. Additionally the service started to decline drastically. I was determined to seek out better service and better pricing for my clients. I met April at a midwifery conference and decided to give her company a try. I am happy to say that we are thrilled with the service and so are our clients. The pricing is competitive and they are so willing to bring new products on board. The website is easy to navigate and when our not so technical mama’s need to order by phone, a kind voice is at the other end of the line to help. We don’t miss our former supplier, but I’d guess they are missing the few thousand dollars annually from our clients orders!
