Of course, I couldn’t complete my thankful week without mentioning my kids. I have written already about how much they have changed my life, so I won’t go into all of that again.

I will keep this simple and say how incomplete my life would be without my children. Every day that I get to wake up and see there faces is a good day. Even when I’m frustrated or grumpy, they can always turn that mood around without even trying.

Everyday, Ella is growing more and more into her own unique personality. I love how confident and strong she is. She is such a better person than I could ever dream of being. I hope I am able to keep encouraging her in the way she needs me to, so she can transform into the intelligent and beautiful young woman I know she is.

Apollo can laugh in a way that will make anyone smile. I don’t care how upset you are, he can make you smile. His personality is a strong one and I am grateful for that. It makes some days challenging for me, but he is just teaching me how to be a more patient person, which is a lesson I greatly need.

I don’t know what I did to deserve these two incredible people in my life, but I promise I won’t take even one day with them for granted. I will continue to love and nurture them so they can live up to their truest potential; and I know they will continue to love me and help me grow into my highest potential as well. Thank you to my babies, thank you for teaching me the way only you can and thank you for loving me the way you do.
