With the New Year getting closer and closer, many people make new agreements with themselves to better their year ahead. In light of this, I would love to share a few questions that were asked of me recently. I think it can really help focus anybody, even if you don’t realize you are in need of some re-focusing. Perhaps after answering these questions you will know what changes you will be making in the year ahead, changes that you can really stick with to better yourself.

So get a pen and paper (do people still use those?) or open a new document on your computer and honestly answer these questions. Writing your answers down will help you greatly, allowing you to look back at them when your focus is getting hazy.

- Where are you now emotionally, physically, spiritually?

- Where would you like to be? (In 3 months, 6 months, and in one year)
.
- What is the biggest challenge standing in the way of where you would like to be?
.
- Who do you need to become to have the life you are dreaming of? (What qualities are needed, etc.)

- What do you need to release?
.
- What do you need to embrace?
