Confident Beginnings was created in 2003 with the ultimate goal of easing the transition into parenthood. Ensuring you and your baby get the right start has been our motto and we are so thankful for all the great starts we’ve been a part of.

Confident Beginnings started off offering only Postpartum doula services and a few prenatal classes. Now our services have grown to offer everything from Placenta Encapsulation to Holistic Health Coaching (and so much more!). We vow to continue expanding our own education and services so we can help as many people as possible!
