Childbirth Education

This series is for you and your labor support person/s.  An in-depth look at labor and birth, how to be an effective labor partner, relaxation, breathing, pushing techniques, medical terminology, stages and phases of labor, options for your birthing experience, creating a birth plan, and postpartum care.

This is a 5 week course.  Each class is 3 hours.  Cost for this class is $400 per couple. (max of four couples per series)
